The objective of the study was to evaluate, in two production cycles, the productivity and quality of grapevine cv. BRS Isis as a function of the application of organic fertilizer associated with sugarcane molasses in Petrolina-PE. The experimental design was in randomized blocks with treatments distributed in a factorial scheme (6 X 2), referring to doses of organic fertilizer (0, 23.10, 34.65, 46.20, 57.75, 69.30 kg plant-¹) and sugarcane molasses (without and com), with 4 repetitions. The organic fertilizer consists of 90% coconut bagasse and 10% goat manure. Productivity and fruit quality were determined, as follows: cluster mass (MC), cluster length (CC), cluster diameter (DC), number of berries per cluster (NC), berry mass (MB), length of berry (CB), berry diameter (DB), dry mass (DM), soluble solids content (SS), titratable acidity (TA), ratio of soluble solids to titratable acidity (SS/TA) and pH. Grapevine fruit yield and quality are influenced by organic fertilizer and sugarcane molasses. Application of sugarcane molasses resulted in an increase in vine productivity of 17.28% in the 1st cycle and 22.63% in the 2nd cycle. The organic fertilizer promotes significant increases in DB and pH, in addition to the reduction of SS in vine fruits in the first vine production cycle, and increase in MC, NC and pH of vine fruits in the second vine production cycle.
